I love fall flavors, especially pumpkin, so I thought I'd give a version of pumpkin pie a whirl. Sadly, I couldn't actually eat it since I've been having gallbladder attacks and the best way to manage them is to avoid any and all fats. Good luck finding a good dessert recipe with no fat! Still, everyone else enjoyed it so I thought I'd share it here with you!
The original recipe came from Martha Stewart Living (of all places), a magazine I never read, but got for free in the mail. I adapted it slightly, so check out the recipe here.
