I love pasta. Growing up, one of the best things about our birthdays is that we could choose whatever we liked for dinner. As far back as I remember, I chose a pasta: lasagna, baked ziti or some other baked pasta. I loved the combination of tomato, cheese and anything else my mom would mix into the pasta...and still do! Unfortunately, cheesy pasta isn't the healthiest option for regular consumption as an adult, so
I am always looking for new pasta recipes that include more veggies and healthier options.
This recipe is absolutely delicious and can be made in a healthy way, especially since it already includes ground turkey, spinach and mushrooms.
