How fun is it when one of my favorite food bloggers uses another one of my favorite food blogger's recipes?
Hmmm...I may be alone here, but I get a kick out of it.
The original recipe source is Smitten Kitchen, but I found it on Annie's Eats. This is a short post because I really didn't change anything in the recipe other than using a pinch of cayenne instead of red pepper flakes. Oh, and I also only used 1/2 a small onion. Other than that it's officially the 3rd (as far as I know) incarnation of this yummy veggie-packed recipe!
